JD Squared Notch Master Tube Notcher, Model# 101200

JD Squared Notch Master heavy-duty tube notcher can handle tubing from 3/4in. to 3in. O.D.

at angles up to 50°. Unit has a heavy-duty 1 1/4in. thick aluminum frame and is CNC machined for accuracy and durability.

2-axis adjustable tubing clamp can offset notch up to half the tube diameter. Features a 1in. ground and polished stainless steel shaft for rigidity.

Double sealed needle bearings. Mounts easily by bolting or clamping notcher to a table or clamping it in a vise. Uses inexpensive bi-metal hole saws.

Requires a 1/2in. hand drill. U.S.A.
