90 durometer O-ring seals with anti-extrusion rings for positive sealing throughout the cylinder. High-tensile steel shaft is precision ground, polished and hard chrome-plated. Max.

PSI: 2,500, Bore Diameter (in.): 2, Stroke Length (in.): 18, Closed Pin Center (in.): 28 1/4, Shaft Diameter (in.): 1 1/8 Pins & Retainers: All feature high-tensile steel, zinc plated, with hairpin retainers. Ports: Double-ported NPTF for greater assembly flexibility. Cylinders assembled with ports inline unless otherwise stated.

Piston Nut: Heavy-duty, torqued, self-locking piston nut holds piston firm under high-cycle loading. Piston: Precision-machined, ductile iron provides a malleable bearing surface for extended life. Rod Wiper: Metal-encased Nitrile, preventing contaminants from entering cylinder Threaded Shaft (on ASAE Cylinders): To accept optional mechanical stroke control on 8in. stroke ASAE cylinders only (not applicable to 5in. bore cylinders).

Rod Clevis: Ductile iron comes with 360° thread contact area and positive set screw locking device, able to withstand continuous high loads without wear or fracture.
