Built tough for agricultural and industrial applications. 3000 PSI model is designed to withstand shock loads of up to 6000 PSI. Durable ductile iron cast components.

90 durometer O-ring seals with anti-extrusion rings for positive sealing throughout the cylinder. High tensile steel shaft is precision ground, polished and hard chrome-plated. Cylinder can be single or double acting.

Attach one port for single and both ports for double acting. Max. PSI: 3,000, Bore Diameter (in.): 5, Stroke Length (in.): 24, Closed Pin Center (in.): 36 1/4, Shaft Diameter (in.): 2 Pins & Retainers: All feature high-tensile steel, zinc plated, with hairpin retainers.

Ports: Double-ported NPTF for greater assembly flexibility. Cylinders assembled with ports inline unless otherwise stated. Piston Nut: Heavy-duty, torqued, self-locking piston nut holds piston firm under high-cycle loading.

Piston: Precision-machined, ductile iron provides a malleable bearing surface for extended life. Piston Seal: 90 durometer O-ring with antiextrusion backup washers for positive piston sealing under high loads. Tie-Rods: High-tensile steel to prevent failure at high pressure.

Cylinder Shaft: High strength, hard chrome-plated shaft provides extended cylinder life in harsh applications. Tube: Precision-finished skive and burnished heavy wall steel tubing for extended seal and cylinder life. Tube Seal: 90 durometer O-ring with antiextrusion backup that prevents leakage under high pressure and cycle loading.

Rod Seal: 90 durometer O-ring with antiextrusion backup washer providing long-wearing, positive seal. Rod Cap & Clevis Cap: Ductile iron comes with drilled oil passages, offering increased bearing surface for high shock and side load applications. Rod Wiper: Metal-encased Nitrile, preventing contaminants from entering cylinder Threaded Shaft (on ASAE Cylinders): To accept optional mechanical stroke control on 8in.

stroke ASAE cylinders only (not applicable to 5in. bore cylinders). Rod Clevis: Ductile iron comes with 360° thread contact area and positive set screw locking device, able to withstand continuous high loads without wear or fracture.
